WHITEVILLE, NC (WWAY) - Whiteville Police confirm one man was killed in a shooting that happened just before midnight Friday.
The male was transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds, but was later pronounced dead. According to Whiteville PD, the shooting occurred at Sandy Ridge Apartments where the SBI is still investigating the situation.
