COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- Lake Waccamaw is getting ready for a big event next month.
The NC Cardboard Boat Championships are June 14th. And members of the Whiteville Rotary Club showed off how to build a seafaring vessel out of cardboard Thursday afternoon.
