COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- A former Fair Bluff police officer is due in court later this week on ten felony counts of secret peeping, according to court records.
Donald Brian Beauchaine, 38, is currently in custody in the Columbus County Jail under $15,000 bond waiting to face his charges in court Thursday.
Lake Waccamaw Police say there is at least one victim in the case, which involves a secret camera set up in Beauchaine's Lake Waccamaw home, Police Chief Scott Hyatt said. The SBI is also investigating.
Beauchaine went missing for about a day after the allegations came to light, but Leland Police later found him.
